Kids on Halloween

It's Begger's Night here is C-bus, so in the spirit of Halloween, I took my finest white sheet and dressed up like a ghost to wake my children up. In my very best ghostly voice I say "Whooooo, it's time to get uppppp"....To which my 10 year old replies, (in HER best ghostly voice) "Noooooo, because that's patheticcccccc"

But then Rese adds in her two cents, in her best ghostly voice, "Whoooo, shut your pie holeeeeeeeeee"

Of course I have to say this mission is a success, because they are both up, albiet, now dressed as ghosts."

Rese on what she wants to do to Sami

Rese is explaining what she is going to do to Sami (she's mad of course).
She says
"I'm gonna put her in one of those dead boxes and throw her out the window."

She's on to me......

Rese made a new friend at the library.
She is telling her how old everyone is and says
Rese: "My Mom is 29"
Friend: "Hey My Mom is 30!"
Rese: " Well, My Mom is still 29"
Then if you can picture her hand at her mouth and while not moving her lips and only speaking out of the corner of her mouth, Rese says:
"Well, she's in 30 somewhere. 32,33, Somewhere in there"

Rese on the Story of Easter

When asked to recount the events of Easter Rese says:

1st Jesus died on the cross
2nd Jesus was risen
3rd Jesus hit his head on a cloud on his way to heaven...Really Mrs. Vanderson said-it was in the bible.
