Momma Duck Goes Out To Play

So for my birthday my Mother In Law got me a gift card for a spa treatment. Super awesome. It only took 6 weeks to have a Saturday where I could actually get to go use it!

Anyway, we have a "Spa School" here in town and she knows the owner...hook up! Yeah! Anyhow, I opted for the Austrian Moor Mud Wrap and Vichy Shower.

Anyhow...You go in and shower up some, get all squeaky clean before they slap mud all over you. I got to put on these little disposable panties. Hot for sure! Then it's a hop up onto a cushion table where the Chicky painted me with mud. Who knew Austria has such great mud?

Now, if you are the least bit modest, this is not the treatment for you! They did use "modesty" towels, but-yeah.

So once he mud was on, I was cocooned in plastic and space-man wrap. I looked liked a Chipotle Burrito! (Now I'm hungry), My gal did a facial for the 20 minutes I was "relaxing". Once that was done, the Vichy shower is put over you. You remain lying on the table for the whole thing. 7 shower jets sprayed me while my hostess scrubbed me like a dirty floor. It was VERY nice. As a matter of fact, I know I had a cheesy little grin on my face the whole time. Now I'm home gloating about how awesome this was, she probably went home going "UGH - I had a body wrap on a fatty today!" :o)
O'well, I didn't care. Once I was all purified, It was topped with a cocoa butter massage. It's been 3 hours and I still feel like I just walked out of that room.

Kids will be home soon. I doubt even THEY can ruin this afternoon for me!
